In 2009, chaos ensured that burnout took hold and I had to leave my 30-year corporate career as a result. In 2024 personal events led me to again travel that road towards burnout from which Mindfulness helped me get back up.

Looking back it was evident that the journey to burnout started on both occasions long before it took hold.

 In my talk centred around mindfulness, I will help you discover how life is easy and how humans make it difficult. I will share with your audience tips, tools, and techniques on how to ensure you practice better self-care thus helping others to understand the benefits to your long-term health and well-being.

I will demonstrate how by taking small steps daily you can ensure you stay on top of your game and that calm can be achieved with a little stepping back.
