Money on the Mind

Financial Wellbeing

In 2009 my burnout journey led me down a road of debt and fear. It soon became obvious that this accentuated the situation with my mental health.

In this talk, I openly shares my struggles and in doing so I strive to give others hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel if they are stuck in what seems like a financial whirlwind.

I will share with you the tools and organisations that helped her at the time (and those that didn't!) I can assure you I will leave the audience knowing all is not lost when financial hardship knocks at the door.

On booking this talk you will receive a 'free' e-book download to share - 'Financial Well-Being and it's Link to Mental Health'
