When I was heading towards burnout in 2008 a conversation about my wellbeing may well have halted burnout in its tracks.

If I could have just reached out to one understanding manager or co-workers who truly cared I believe things may have been different.

The above is the reason I developed this 2-hour seminar designed to assist your managers and teams with those difficult conversations around mental health.

In professional, busy environments stress is usually the norm but noticing the signs when that stress turns a corner into something more serious is key to helping others.
