How does a burnout expert burn out twice?

Now there’s a question, here’s how:

‘By not following the guidance she repeatedly shares with others.’

The biggest lesson I learnt through both episodes of burnout was that self-care wasn’t selfish indeed it was a necessity every single day. Learning it wasn’t selfish was a task in itself but to aid my recovery I had to ensure that self-care came top of my daily agenda again in 2025.

In my talk I share the downfalls with all honesty, I will openly share my experiences of what I endured and what the lack of self-care resulted in both mentally and physically.

Sharing tools, tips, techniques and the importance of stepping back and saying no I will assist your audience to understand that they need to identify and protect their non-negotiable needs in a way that serves them and others.
